COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Motion Control Devices 175897 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ohio-Semitronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nsd parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Omegadyne product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ohio-Semitronics such as the CT5005E2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VED11T0A manufactured by Nsd and we are pleased to be able to service most Nsd systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PX309100A5V by Manufacturer Omegadyne as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nais Brand ANR5131 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Namco such as EE97102107 equipment made by Namco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Namco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Namco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EE93176500 made by Namco as well as the popular GHS0040UFD12C0 original spares produced by Mts Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EE23031520 by Namco and EE97102107 spares by Namco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ET12032420 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Namco. |
